- Visit Maharashtra Labour Department portal: mahasewa.in or aaplesarkar.mahaonline.gov.in
- Register/Login on the portal
- Select "Shops and Establishments Registration"
- Fill in employer details, establishment details
- Enter employee details and working hours
- Upload required documents
- Pay the registration fee based on number of employees
- Submit application and download acknowledgment
- Certificate is issued within 3-7 working days
