  1. Visit Maharashtra Labour Department portal: mahasewa.in or aaplesarkar.mahaonline.gov.in
  2. Register/Login on the portal
  3. Select "Shops and Establishments Registration"
  4. Fill in employer details, establishment details
  5. Enter employee details and working hours
  6. Upload required documents
  7. Pay the registration fee based on number of employees
  8. Submit application and download acknowledgment
  9. Certificate is issued within 3-7 working days
