Maharashtra Shops and Establishments Act (1948) के तहत Maharashtra में हर shop, commercial establishment, hotel, restaurant, amusement center को Shop Act License (Gumasta License) लेना mandatory है। यह license Labour Department / Municipal Corporation द्वारा issued होता है।

3"Shops and Establishment" select करें — Labour Department section में।
4Form भरें — Business name, address, type, employees count।
5Documents upload करें — सभी required documents।
6Fees pay करें — Online payment।
7License receive करें — 7-15 days में।
Renewal कब करें?
Shop Act License annual renewal होती है। December 31 से पहले renewal जरूरी है। Late renewal पर penalty लगती है।
⚠️ Penalty: बिना Shop Act License के business चलाने पर ₹2,000-10,000 fine और license suspend हो सकता है।
